This is a great report book! Its fun and a lot of nurses love it!
The only thing that I wish was different is either having blank pages in between reports to add extra information or just have blank pages for us to write our own reports, as well as, maybe have replacement pages when it gets full!

I really like this journal! I do wish it had slightly bigger boxes in some areas or just blank pages/refillable pages so I can make my own reports.
Otherwise everyone I know thinks it’s super cool and can’t wait to order one!

Been a nurse for almost 10 years. I have always used the sheets I created on school. I saw this and wanted to change things up. I have been using this for a week now and love it.
